DESCRIPTION:The ADA Disability Interactive Process is about gathering good data in order to conduct an individualized assessment if reasonable accommodations can be implemented for an employee.  There should be no surprises when decisions are ultimately made\, and the key to this is good communication.  This means having hard\, but human\, conversations as you go through this multistep process – and\, not just at the end. Understand when and how to prepare and have these conversations when conducting the Disability Interactive Process. \nShaw HR Consulting has been approved by the State Bar of California to provide MCLE credits for its trainings. \nShaw HR Consulting is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM and SHRM-SCPSM.  Shaw HR Consulting trainings are also eligible for points for IPMA-HR Certified Professionals (IPMA-CP) and IPMA-HR Senior Certified Professionals (IPMA-SCP). \n  \nPlease note that all Shaw HR Consulting hosted trainings are VIRTUAL for 2022.
