Awards Judge Calls The Disabled Workforce “Though provoking” and “Engrossing”

Rates book as “Outstanding” for voice, pacing and appeal

Recently, a judge for the 25th Annual Writer’s Digest Book Awards offered commentary about Rachel’s debut book “The Disabled Workforce.”  He was quoted as saying:

There is much to admire here. The complexity and ambiguous nature of many of the case studies is really thought provoking (especially, for me, the story of the bus driver); the few outrageous stories (e.g., the man who stole and sold company property) are also engrossing (and funny). The sample documents at the end of the book are very useful, as are the definitions of and differentiations among terms like ADA, FMLA, and workers’ compensation. – Judge’s Commentary, 25th Annual Writer’s Digest Self-Published Book Awards
