SESSION DESCRIPTION
Disability compliance practitioners have been in emergency-response mode for over a year. Much of the day to day work that used to be priority was relegated to “we will get back to this after COVID”. Well, COVID is still a major HR focus for us, but we are also needing to get back to the projects and tasks that had to take a back seat for a while. In this workshop we will support you to dust off your ADA programs and reset them with a nod to what is possible for your team in this continued era of COVID. This training will provide you with a practical and streamlined process to keep your organization compliant and efficient with all of your ADA disability matters – from workers’ compensation, personal injuries and illnesses and COVID related accommodation needs. No matter how amazing your HR team is, they can’t do it all the same ways we did before. We have to find compliant ways to do the work, with less time. Leave this training with sample materials and templates you can implement immediately.
