Very little about conducting the ADA/FEHA disability interactive process is easy.  Collecting the right data to make sound decisions is pinnacle however, what is the “secret sauce” that really makes an interactive process work?  It’s having the hard conversations throughout the process.  Simply put, there should be no surprises at the end for an employee.  To ensure this, regular interaction at key points in the interactive process is vital.  Rachel will walk you through when these conversations need to take place and how to prepare and have them prior to when a final decision is made.
