Starting with a basic overview of ADA, you will be guided through how to create or enhance your disability compliance program to ensure your organization is compliant and efficient and effective when dealing with requests for workplace and leave accommodations.
Understand what employees are eligible for reasonable accommodations, and how to employ the Disability Interactive Process Hallway® strategy which walks you through not only what employers need to know, but how to manage even the most difficult employee accommodations matters.
