Applicants have rights to reasonable accommodations.  Similar, but not the same as reasonable accommodation discussions with employees, it’s important to understand how to conduct the disability interactive process for applicants or candidates.  Learn what compliance means for applicants in accordance with ADA/FEHA, how to make sure you obtain clear medical data to base accommodation decisions, and how to hold an interactive process meeting with an applicant to determine if reasonable accommodations can be implemented.  Rachel is not a lawyer, but an HR practitioner providing attendees with tested and real world processes and protocols your organization can implement tomorrow.
