Day 1 – February 4^th

Shaw HR Consulting is pleased to bring you the Essential ADA compliance training. This session is critical for all Human Resource and Risk Management personnel. This training is solutions-focused and will address the realities of where we are with employer accommodation obligations under Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Rachel Shaw is nationally known as a dynamic, enjoyable and knowledgeable expert in ADA and leave laws. She will expertly guide you through how to create or enhance your disability compliance program to ensure your district is compliant, efficient and effective when dealing with your growing number of requests for workplace and leave accommodations.
