Angel serves as an ADA/FEHA interactive process meeting facilitator. With a sound understanding of disability law, she is experienced in leading employers and employees through the disability interactive process to ensure all reasonable options are explored.
Angel has conducted and managed hundreds of workplace investigations ranging from discrimination and harassment claims to retaliation and other misconduct issues.
Angel has served as Employee Relations Manager and EEO/ADA Administrator for the City of Anaheim, and a Principal Human Resources Analyst and a Management Analysis for the City of Pasadena. Prior to that she was an Associate with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
