How could you manage leave during a pandemic? With so many legitimate reasons for leave, and a push from public health officials to support leave for fear COVID would spread more in workplaces, your hands were tied. As we move forward, employers have to once again manage leave to reduce unnecessary leave, identify and discipline abuse of leave and engage with disabled persons who require high levels of leave. During this workshop we will not only guide you through identifying when and how you restart your leave management programs, but we will also provide you with the tools, scripts, letters, medical questionnaires and training that you need to start to reduce leaves wherever possible to improve services and lower costs.
