Getting through Door #1 — Clear Medical Information, is sometimes the most difficult part of the Disability Interactive Process. Sound reasonable accommodations can not be made on vague doctors notes and unclear work restrictions. Clear information on work restrictions, and/or leave needs and the proposed duration of such restrictions and leave is vital.
